Why Did We Create Spatial Flats?

We wanted to design an affordable way to create beautiful LED House Lighting. A solution that was safe and easy to install with smooth dimming and DMX Control. 

Low-Voltage Brilliance!

The Spatial Flat’s brilliance lies in its low-voltage. They are safe and easy for any handy person to install themselves. Low-voltage usually means terrible dimming, but we have created the first low-voltage DMX solution with beautiful smooth dimming. They start at just $79.95!

Spatial Flats are DMX Controllable Recessed LED Fixtures that are powered and controlled via a required power driver.

Available Options

• RGBW or Warm White LEDs
• 30Watt or 50Watt Sizes
• DMX600 or DMX1800 Power Drivers

Choose between the Warm White and RGBW models.

The RGBW model can create thousands of vibrant colors, while also being able to  provide a very warm white. The Warm White model produces a natural feeling warmth that brightly and comfortably illuminates a space. Both models feature a powerfully bright, even, and smooth light output. An important consideration is that the Warm White model produces a much brighter white than the warm white created by the RGBW model because it can utilize all of its LEDs.

Springtree Spatial Flats are now available in two sizes, the standard 30Watt model, and the new 50Watt model, for use with higher ceilings. The model used in the videos above are the standard 30Watt. You can learn more about the 50Watt model in a video at the bottom of this page.  

Each Spatial Flat System is powered and controlled by a Power Driver. While the Spatial Flats are completely silent, the drivers are cooled by an audible fan, and should be placed in a utility closet or sound booth. A DMX connection is needed only at the driver, not at each fixture.

There are three options of Power Drivers, the DMX600, DMX1200, and DMX1800.

What They Power

Important Differences To Note

• The DMX600 gives you fewer control options than the DMX1200 & DMX1800.
• The DMX1200 is the only rackable Power Driver.
• The DMX1200 & DMX1800 can power different types of Lo-Vo fixtures; at the same time.
• The DMX600 is all or nothing. It can power Warm White LEDs or color LEDs, but not both.
• Warm White LEDs powered by the DMX600 can be split into 4 DMX controllable zone, but color LEDs powered by the DMX600 must be in one zone.
• The DMX1800 does not come with a plug. It gives you the option to hardwire the unit if desired. (View manual for more info.)
• The DMX600 & DMX1200 can easily plug into a standard wall outlet with the included cable. (Be sure the power outlet matches the required voltage for your unit.)
