We had the privilege to work on a very cool project at the very first Niido in the heart of the SoBro district in Nashville, Tennessee! We designed the AV for their two performance spaces. 

The Niido is a very creative apartment idea, targeting those with wanderlust. It is a home-sharing apartment with lots of modern amenities. The idea being that when you are out traveling, you can help pay your rent through renting your home on AirBnB. Amenities at the Nashville location include lots of community spaces, planned events, beautiful pool, and a gym with a rock climbing wall.

THE MUSIC

Since the performance space doubles as a community space when there aren’t events, part of the job was to make the gear inconspicuous. We did this by combining the amp and mixer into a single mounted rack. The digital mixer we used was the  Allen & Heath QU-SB. It is small and compact, yet offers the power and features of a full console! We couldn’t recommend this unit more.

JBL’s AC28/95 Loudspeakers offered the compactness we needed, while not compromising on great sound. Their sleek design was a good fit for the venue.
