Trade Up program applies to SQ mixers purchased between October 1, 2019 through November 30, 2019 from authorized Allen & Heath dealers in United States and taking delivery within the United States. All purchased items must be original “A” stock. Limited to one trade per SQ serial number. Trade-in product must be in functional condition. If you have any questions about the acceptability of your console, feel free to call in and inquire about it.

Important: You’ll need 3 things to submit your request for trade-in. A digital copy (or image) of your original purchase receipt, a digital copy (or image) of the UPC code from your original packaging, and the serial number of your SQ mixer. Have these things handy before going online and submitting your request for trade-in. Once your request for a trade-in has been approved, we will ship you a box and return label for your trade in. Once your trade-in has been received by us and acknowledged as valid, please allow 3 to 4 weeks for your check to arrive.
